having low iron is starting to have more of an effect on my life. this shit seems to make my body ache. not drinking milk seems to make it worse. plus i’m super cold 99% of th time. i feel horrible as hell and hunger is overtaking my body. a trip to the doctor may just be my plans for tomorrow.
